This form of currency is from the captains as a gesture of respect and appreciation for good behavior. It can be used on any planets and is more valuable than gold and diamonds. All crew will also receive new winter gear; boots, jackets, gloves, hats, the works. Incipen: An assortment of fine chocolates. Tiruncula: Fancy perfume that compliments the wearer. Puerum: A nice calligraphy set. Nauta through Privatus: Tarot cards that move. Arcarius through Gubernato: Some expensive beverages. Corporali through Legato: A get out of jail free card. Vitali through Praefectis: A get out of jail free card plus the option to have your own room. Univeres through Primum: Will be notified through PM. THANKS, EVERYONE! Characters who get captured will be detained until they can be sent away by the authorities who arrested them. This would be the opportune time for them to be rescued! So, yes, they can be saved. Sorry for the confusion.

Also: is it possible for people to volunteer to accompany Benjamin to the computers? I'm trying to think of something I can get Peridot involved with on-planet since she doesn't fight and since she's pretty tech savvy she could be useful....

Peridot could absolutely accompany Benjamin down to the computers. If you want to do something with that just let us know.

At some point i intend to have her get injured so I guess either she could get hurt on the way and not actually make it to the computers with him, or get hurt on the way back to the moira...

I was also thinking of having Snake play a part in getting Benjamin to the computers, more with the actual act of getting him from point A to point B safely and sneakily, rather than because of the tech stuff (which he's terrible at). Would you be up for them maybe teaming up to make the mission a success?

Shoot I was going to ask if any combat types could look out for Sam, since he would probably do the most good with tech stuff.

what did you have in mind exactly? I'm not really a fan of large group threads since in my experience they tend to go slowly and never actually get finished but. I'm down for like hand-waving/assuming they all went together in a group or something.

Assuming groups works? I was mostly thinking this was an excellent way to get CR with prickly combat types. Plus CR making between Sam (human) and Peridot (does not like humans much) would be ever so keen.

...Ok I am mostly hoping for CR with Peridot, but neither Sam or Peridot can fight very well.

What I'm thinking is the four of them (Ben, Peridot, Sam and Snake) could all maybe go in a group and then we could all individually thread off one another at whatever stages of the infiltration we want?

I could work with that. Peridot kind of has Jasper as a bodyguard and I was gonna ask her player about chipping in but someone who's not 9 foot tall and orange and. not prone to headbutting things to death. might work better :')

That'd be great! Are you posting? We can have Ben tag your post if you are. Whether she gets injured there or back is up to you, but either way, Ben will want to pick her up and carry her back. haha. He'll feel responsible for her getting hurt and will try to make up for it.

Trying to work out arrangements with Snake and Sam players and then I'll probably have a better idea of when it'll happen. Either way he's probably going to get agressed by Jasper on the way back since protecting Peridot is supposed to be her job, but she's dropping the ball on that, good job jasper

(Jasper player and I have already worked this stage of things out somewhat)

I threw some pings out on Plurk but I'm thinking that maybe a closed log might be wise since there's four of us and we can kind of like. Mingle and do individual threads involving the journey to the computers, and such
