I prefer to panic after the danger passes. We can take it in turns, if you want - you can panic now, I'll do it later, and the non-panicking party will make sure the other doesn't do something dangerous like panic off a cliff!

[ ..... is this guy seriously admiring himself in a shiny surface? boy, he sure is, and if that's not one of the most entertaining things he's seen in a while, he doesn't know what is. it's like seeing a scruffier echo of dorian, really, which is just familiar enough that he has to pause and wait to see how long this is going to go on.

It really is. Not the worst I've seen, of course, but you don't get many young sorcerers itching to go out and find new dimensions anymore. Mostly because there's almost no one left to teach them.
